Sharad is a senior partner in the firm and carries the vast experience of more than 40 years in the profession. He was an earlier founding partner of the firm S. K. Sheth & Associates. He heads the Direct Tax practice. His domain expertise includes:

• Direct Tax Consultancy and Tax Planning
• Taxation of Real Estate Transactions
• Direct Tax Litigation Support

He was Convenor of Borivali Central (CPE) Study Circle (BCSC) of WIRC, having more than 1700 members, in the year 2017. Presently he is a Core-Committee member of BCSC of WIRC. He is a member of Direct Tax Committee of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (2018-19).

He has delivered lectures at WIRC, Study Circles of WIRC and Management Institute.
