Dushyant is a senior partner in the firm who has an experience of around 25 years in the profession with a strong foothold in the areas of Indirect Taxation. He heads the Indirect Tax Practice. He renders expert advisory in the following areas:
- Goods and Services Tax Advisory
- GST focused Transaction Structuring
- Goods and Services Tax Litigation Support Services
- Imparting training for Compliance, Documentation, Process and Controls under GST
- Limited Review Report of past periods having 360 degree angle from GST perspective to take informed decisions
- VAT/Service Tax Litigation Support Services
He is an accredited GST Trainer from NACIN (a Govt Body) for GST implementation. He was Convenor of Borivali Central (CPE) Study Circle of WIRC in the year 2013 & under his tenure, the study circle won the Best Study Circle Award in the large category. He is a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society from 2017-18. He is also Convenor of Indirect Tax Study Circle of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society from 2017-18. He is also a co-opted member of managing committee of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ society from 2023-24.
He regularly delivers lectures at WIRC and its Branches, Study Circles of WIRC, local bodies, PSUs, and Management Institute.
