Kapil is a partner with the firm and has more than 12 years of experience with good knowledge in the area of Domestic Taxation, International Taxation, and FEMA. He currently leads the following types of assignments:

• Direct Tax and International Tax engagements (transaction advisory, tax planning, and compliance) for a various clients viz. Large Corporate FIIs/FPIs, AIF, Private Trust, NRIs Foreign Company etc.

• Direct Tax Compliance and Litigation
• FEMA Compliance and Advisory.
• Advised on taxability of Cross Border issues viz. Dividend, Interest, Royalty and Fees for Technical Services etc. under the various DTAA and the Act.
• Knowledge updating to firm/clients on Direct Tax regulations / amendments.
